All information about inspections conducted by inspectors at establishments is stored in the procedures.
Schedule: Allows scheduling or reporting the date of the visit.
Observation: Records all notes found at the establishment.
Status: Indicates the current status of the establishment’s follow-up (pending, inspection, completed, etc.).
Professional: Defines the inspectors responsible for the visit.
SIGNATURE
Sanitary License Permit
License issuance sent to the establishment’s email, containing the electronic signatures of health inspectors. This eliminates the need for responsible parties to visit the Sanitary Surveillance office to receive the license, providing time savings and convenience. All data complies with municipal standards, along with their respective observations.
