CONTROL
The department can manage the supply of each unit according to the values listed in its Budget Programming Sheet (FPO), ensuring a smooth billing process. For municipalities that serve as regional references, it is also possible to control the usage of their services by other municipalities through their Integrated and Agreed Programming (PPI).
The schedules of each doctor can be viewed and managed by the administration, including the number of appointments, the day, and the start time of appointments, even for doctors from outsourced clinics.
POPULATION SERVICE
By utilizing our centralized service for procedure offerings, the department provides equal access to SUS users. Demands from all basic units are processed in real-time, instantly presenting available slots with date and time for appointments.
In addition to specialty consultations, we offer laboratory tests, X-rays, ultrasound, and MRI scans. Everything is organized into groups for ease of use by system operators.
SMART WAITING QUEUE AND SMS NOTIFICATIONS
When a user needs a procedure that is not immediately available, they can be placed in the waiting queue for their municipality. Daily, ACONE servers strive to allocate available slots fairly, following prioritization protocols set by the department. When a slot becomes available, the user can be notified via SMS to confirm their interest in scheduling.
SPECIALTY REGULATION
Need to control the supply of a critical outpatient consultation or procedure? SaúdeNet allows the manager to enable a regulation process even for procedures marked as outpatient, according to the SIGTAP table. Request additional information at the time of the request and approve, deny, or prioritize requests.
HEALTH PROGRAMS
Prioritize the care of specific population groups based on objective data such as age, sex, conditions, and previous history. The department determines how much of its capacity will be allocated to address priority cases.
